Laura Stokes

Laura joined The Upstream Collective in March 2026, where she serves as the Sending Administrative Assistant. She supports the pre-field application process and provides Administrative and organizational support for the Sending team.  Laura joins Upstream with over a decade of experience in urban ministry in Denver, CO. 

In addition to her work at Upstream, she also serves as the Deacon of Sending at her local church and works in an Administrative role with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Laura resides in Louisville, KY where she loves travelling, being outdoors and connecting with her community.
