Justin Dodson

As Upstream’s Field Network Director, Justin works to build, grow, and lead the Field Network, which consists of the places, churches, and people to whom Upstream churches send. He serves sent ones, Field Network leaders, and our U.S.-based sending churches. 

In this role, he specifically seeks to encourage and coach the Field Network leaders, which are a community of leaders that relate to one another across nationalities, learn from one another in ministry, develop meaningful relationships, and live out Upstream’s missiological values and field team practices.

Together with his wife, Jenna, and their four children, Justin has served in the French-speaking world for the last decade in theological education, church planting, and community development. This experience and the desire to see the global church send and receive sent ones well fuels Justin’s passion to see more and healthier disciples, leaders, and churches around the world.
