Drew Trenz

Drew serves as the Director of Finance at the Upstream Collective, where he helps steward financial strategy in support of global missions. He also works as a fractional CFO for nonprofits and mission-driven businesses, bringing clarity and alignment between financial systems and organizational goals. He is passionate about helping organizations connect their financial strategy to their mission.

Drew has served in both pastoral and cross-cultural ministry contexts, in the U.S. and Africa. He holds a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serves as an elder at his church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Drew is married to Jami, and they have two children.
