Bradley Bell
Executive Director of Equipping
As the Executive Director of Equipping, Bradley Bell leads the Upstream Collective’s efforts in equipping churches to send well. A former missionary, church planter, missions pastor, and lead pastor, Bradley brings a wealth of experience to helping churches raise up, send out, care for, and receive back their own members as healthy missionaries. He oversees a team that develops content—such as resources, articles, books, and media—and facilitates community—such as cohorts, coaching, events, and training. He is the author and co-author of several Upstream books, including The Sending Church Defined, The Sending Church Applied, and Lent and Missions: A 40-Day Devotional.
Bradley also writes about global missions and spiritual formation at beautifulmissiology.com. He and his wife, Katie, live in Louisville, Kentucky, with their four daughters—Elisabeth, Charlotte, Anneliese, and Madeleine—all named after missionaries.
