Ashlie Ncube

Ashlie joined the Upstream Collective in December 2021. Working with the operations team as the Systems Specialist, she helps with many of the day-to-day behind the scenes operations. Before her current role, Ashlie worked as a forensic interviewer and as an assistant. She has also worked various jobs in the social work world. 

Ashlie is a Master of Divinity student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Mlungisi, live in Louisville, Kentucky, where they serve faithfully in their local church with their two sons.
