The Effective Missions Leader

Most mission leaders don’t have a big staff (if any at all!) a lot of stage time or even a decision-making position from which to influence their churches or organizations. It can be easy for them to get overwhelmed and lose steam. This training will discuss how missions leaders can be effective by leading “up” organizing teams mobilizing people and raise the overall mission capacity of those they serve.
