Assessing potential missionaries is a key component of sending well. However, too often churches have made the assumption that sending agencies with do all the assessment needed when in fact, it is the local church that is best positioned to assess (and develop) their own people. This workshop helps church leaders develop systems, process and skills to assess and grow potential missionaries in their church.
