The Effective Mission Leader

What does it take to be an effective mission leader? Most mission leaders don’t have a big staff (if any at all!), a lot of stage time, or even a decision-making position from which to influence their churches or organizations. It would be easy for them to get overwhelmed and lose steam. So what else can they leverage? How can they lead “up”, organize teams, mobilize people, and raise the overall mission capacity of those they serve?
