About the Event
Build a Holistic Discipleship and Preparation Process in the Local Church
We believe the local church is uniquely positioned to prepare and send its people cross-culturally with the gospel. Although missions agencies have historically led this process and still have much to contribute, local churches can and should take primary responsibility for discerning and equipping their own candidates. This specialized cohort is designed to give missions leaders the tools, confidence, and structures to do exactly that.
Included Resources: Participants will receive free Upstream Collective downloadable tools, resources, and frameworks to use directly in their churches.
Cohort Structure & Timeline
This cohort provides a collaborative, high-impact learning environment. Over the course of just one week, participants will journey through three core learning sessions, with individual coaching to follow.
