Sending Church Elements Cohort | September 2024

The Sending Church Elements Cohort provides an opportunity for church leaders to understand the Sending Church Elements, evaluate themselves by them, and strategize for how to become a mature sending church.

The In-Person Cohort gives missions leaders the opportunity to go through the Elements alongside other missions leaders from around the nation and one other member of their church. Upstream team members will lead a two-day introductory intensive over the Sending Elements, followed by three online group meetings and three personal online coaching sessions.

Whether you are a missions leader that is new to missions, or have been leading in missions for a while, the in-person cohort will provide you with opportunities to interact with other missions leaders, and interact with the Upstream team to help your church take steps towards maturity in sending. You will develop a mission convictions, mobilization strategy, sending pipeline and a strategy to care for your missionaries. 

The cost of the in-person church cohort is $1,250. Each addtional person from your church is only $100.

The cohort will include:

• An introductory intensive in Louisville, KY, arriving on Sunday evening September 8 and going all day on Monday through lunch on Tuesday, September 10 at the Upstream offices in Louisville, KY.
• Three monthly online group calls with Bradley Bell and Dave Childers (September, October, November)
• Three one-on-one individual coaching calls with Bradley or Dave
• Monday and Tuesday meals provided. Travel and lodging are not included.
• Resources that you can download and use for your church.
