A Hybrid Strategic Experience to Build a Healthy Sending Church
Whether you are a newly appointed missions leader or have been directing global outreach for years, the work of leading missions in a local church can often feel overwhelming and chaotic. The Sending Church Elements Cohort is designed to bring order, clarity, and proven structure to your ministry.
Facilitated by senior Upstream Collective leaders, this cohort guides church leaders through the foundational Sending Church Elements. You will explore and develop your church’s unique ability to call, equip, and send your people on mission with the gospel—both locally and globally.
Included Resources: Participants will receive free Upstream Collective downloadable tools, resources, and frameworks to use directly in their churches.
Cohort Structure & Timeline
This cohort is built around a powerful hybrid learning model: a two-day in-person kickoff intensive in Louisville, KY, followed by three monthly online group sessions and personalized coaching.
