Advanced Individualized Cohort Fall 2021

This ‘advanced’ cohort takes you to the next level of becoming the Sending Church you want to be. This cohort will focus on the Engaging & Multiplying Phases of the Sending Church Elements to lead your church deeper into your sending pipeline, finding & keeping great partnerships, refining your vision, and missionary care. This is a great follow up engagement for those who went through the Foundations cohort, or have received some other Upstream training in the past. Mission Leaders who want to lead proactively instead of reactively as it pertains to global missions will benefit greatly from this cohort.

SEPT - NOV 2021 / IN-PERSON COHORT

The Advanced Cohort will be in person in Ames, IA, September 15 at 1 p.m. to September 17th at noon. It includes 2 group training sessions and 3 individual coaching sessions. The Advanced Cohort is led by Mike Ironside, missions pastor at Cornerstone Church in Ames, Iowa. The cost of the cohort is $950 per person. If you would like to have more than one representative from your church, subsequent participant rate is $200 per person. 

There is also an online option that $650 for the first person from the church and $100 for each subsequent person.
