Mike Easton

Mike is Upstream's Director of Content. Mike's contribution to Upstream includes being a contributing author The Sending Church Applied, as well as, writing and organizing Upstream's Equipping Resources.

Mike's day job is the International Program Manager for Reliant Mission since 2022. Prior to that, Mike was on staff at Cornerstone Church in Ames, Iowa, from 2006 to 2022 in various roles including college ministry leader, global missionary, international ministry leader, and—for eight years—missions pastor. This is where his love for the sending church was established. Mike also served for two years in East Asia with the International Mission Board.

Mike, his wife, Emily, and their four kids continue to live in Ames, Iowa, and serve at Cornerstone.
