Annual Reviews can be a great opportunity to give sent ones the opportunity to pause, reflect, and think forward. For sending churches they can be a great tool for connecting with missionaries and helping them be proactive in goal setting for their personal and professional lives. The goal here is not to provide a test, but to provide space for God to speak into their hearts through this reflection and for you as the missions leader to speak into them as well.
