Upstream exists to help churches do missions better. Our team of missiologists, missionaries, church staff and missions leaders form a collective dedicated to taking what we've learned in practice and making it available to you.
We do this through providing resources, trainings and forming community for missions leaders to learn and grow together. All this is based around our foundation of the Sending Church Elements.

The Upstream Collective develops resources from a team of writers to provide theological, spiritual and practical encouragement for sending churches to do missions better.
We publish blog posts twice a week based on a monthly sending church topic. Monthly our team records a podcast developed from questions we've received from Missions Leaders. Our File Share provides articles on each of the Sending Church Elements, helping your church to assess areas of growth and find practical ways to improve your church's sending capacity.

The Upstream Forum provides a space for missions leaders to interact and build community with others laboring to help their churches become better sending churches. In the Forum, missions leaders can pose questions of other missions leaders and interact over those ideas.
