Emanuel & Shannon Bosson

Emanuel and Shannon have had a desire to support and build the local church in Sweden for many years. They are serving in Gothenburg, Sweden alongside a current church plant called Kungskyrkan (Kings Church).

Emanuel serves as an associate pastor and Shannon assists with evangelism and women’s discipleship. The Bossons desire to have a hospitable home where they can invite local Swedes into community and share the gospel with them.

Emanuel and Shannon have been married for 12 years and have two children, Silas and Esther. They lived in Louisville, Kentucky while Emanuel received his MA in Theological Studies from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. They have been members at Sojourn Midtown in Louisville for 11 years, where they have served as group leaders and group coaches.
