Mission Leader Cohort

The role of missions in the life of the church can often be another niche ministry alongside the array of other ministries. And yet, we see that God is using his church to accomplish his mission—every single member should have a ‘sent identity.’ The role of the missions leader, then, is a key piece in helping to lead, train, mobilize, and send out the church’s members to be on mission both locally and globally. Oftentimes, the mission pastor/leader struggles in their role, whether because they are new to the role, the church (and sometimes other staff) aren’t on board, or a transition off the mission field brings a unique set of challenges in this new church staff position. 

How can new and even seasoned mission pastors be further developed in head, heart, and hands of their unique and crucial role to help the church live on mission?

Join us for this three month specialty cohort that focuses on you as the mission leader in your church. We want you to be able to excel in your job. Your church, pastor, elders, executive pastor or whoever you are accountable to will greatly benefit from what you will learn in this cohort.
