We don’t go around the world to share Jesus because we have a love for people that we’ve never met. We go around the world because we have a love for the one, true God whom people have never met. Everyone has a worldview and our worldview determines what we value and how we behave.  How do we as leaders help expand the worldview of those in our church in a way that leads them to respond to God’s global mission? Let’s unpack worldview, gain some practical tools, and explore how to implement a continuum of sending within the church.
