Coaching Options That Fit Your Context

Individual Coaching
Sometimes what you need most is a trusted guide. Individual coaching provides space for you to process, clarify, and grow with the focused support of an Upstream leader who understands the joys and challenges of missions leadership. These sessions are deeply personal and shaped around your calling, your context, and your next faithful step.
Group Coaching
When you're ready to move forward as a team, group coaching brings shared vision, relational alignment, and practical strategy to the table. Led by an Upstream coach, these sessions help key leaders within your church work together toward building a healthy sending culture.
Online or In-Person
Both individual and group coaching can happen virtually or face-to-face. In-person coaching is typically scheduled as half-day or full-day sessions, with cost determined by your needs and your church’s capacity.
