What people are saying:

"With many sending organizations requiring their candidates attend on-site training, a majority of which impose time commitments not conducive and/or in disregard of most marketplace workers, praise the Lord for Upstream Collective's thorough and highly effective weekend training!  Sending organizations, please take note!" Bradley, marketplace worker

“We absolutely felt the training better prepared us for the mission ahead in Japan. We really enjoyed all of you presenting from your different backgrounds and stories from Spain to Ethiopia to India and to Nepal. The insights that your experiences provided were really encouraging like we talked about just as much tangible examples of how mapping, learning a culture, and self-awareness are lived out. The book resources were also very helpful. Our missions pastor had already given us Tradecraft, but the resource about the first 30 days in another country will be really helpful for us when we move, G-d-willing…Simply connecting with other Chr-stians who are seeking the same form of obedience also is an encouragement to me coming from a community where we are the only ones making decisions to live in another context just like we would here as Chr-stians. I value that shared time just as much as the training content.” - Chad, Perspective Missionary
