Foundations Individualized Cohort Fall 2021

At the Upstream Collective, we have found that most missions leaders lack training in their role and peers to continually sharpen their skills. Added to that, most churches are regularly overhauling their missions strategy. The Foundations Cohort aims to provide foundational training around the role of the missions leader and the establishing of a church’s vision and strategy that will guide their pathway to impact around the globe.

We also provide a context by which missions leaders will be able to interact with other missions leaders through which they can do life together as missions leaders into the future. So whether you need foundational training in being a missions leader, need peers in your field, are going through a major overhaul, or even if you feel great about your missions department and you just want a refresher on missions leading, the Foundations cohort will be a blessing to you.

SEPT - NOV 2021 / COHORT

The Foundations cohort will be in Ames, IA September 22 at 1 p.m. to Sept 24 at noon for in-person gatherings. After the in-person gathering, there will be 2 group training sessions and 3 individual coaching sessions. The Foundations Cohort focus on the Establishing & Developing Phases of the Sending Church Elements. Foundations is led by Mike Ironside, missions pastor at Cornerstone Church in Ames, Iowa. The cost of the cohort is $950 per person. If you would like to have more than one representative from your church, subsequent participant rate is $200 per person. 

There is also an online option that $650 for the first person from the church and $100 for each subsequent person.
