In the flurry of immediate ministry demands and expectations, being ready for a conversation about a church member's interest in missions may not be a high priority. What’s it take to lead such conversations well? And why does it matter? This 4-page document gives detailed answers, and more importantly, provides a long list of questions that church leaders can use to guide such conversations. These questions were adapted from a basic questionnaire used by a local church when members express missions interest. You might use it as an outline of questions over coffee, and/or post them as an online or written form that people can fill out.
