ADVANCED COHORT
This Advanced Cohort takes you to the next level of becoming the Sending Church you want to be. This cohort will help your church solidify it's sending pipeline. Taking it from mobilizing your church members to short-term or US-based opportunities to sending people long-term. This cohort will walk through the second phase of the Sending Church Elements:

7. Identifying Sent-Ones
8. Assessing Sent-Ones
9. Developing Sent-Ones
This is a great follow up engagement for those who went through the Foundations cohort, or have received some other Upstream training in the past.
We offer two delivery modes for the Advance Cohort. A regular In-Person Cohort and an Individual Church Online. Check out the information below to see a schedule for these cohorts and to register for the right cohort for you. Listed on this page includes the following cohorts:

INDIVIDUAL CHURCH ONLINE COHORT
STARTING MONTHLY
The Advanced Cohort will also be offered individually for churches online. While not in-person, the advantage of the Individual Church Online Cohort is focused coaching through the Advanced content. Whether just you as the missions leader, or preferably with your missions team or staff, walking through the Advanced Cohort material with coaching that is specific to your church has great benefit.
The individualized cohort will include four, two-hour online sessions once per month. In between each call your missions team will have some small assignments to work through to help you come to a cohesive vision.

SEPT 28-30, 2022 | IN-PERSON
The Advanced Cohort will be in Ames, IA, September 28th at 1p to September 30th at 12p for our group gathering. After the in-person group gathering the cohort will include 2 online group training sessions and 3 online individual coaching sessions. It will focus on the Developing and Engaging phases of the Sending Church Elements. The Advanced Cohort is led by Mike Ironside, missions pastor at Cornerstone Church in Ames, Iowa.
