As missionaries from our churches approach their launch date there are important final preparations that we can make as a churches to send them off well. Through well-thought-out commissioning we can send them with love and power from the church. As they land on the field we can help shepherd them to connect well with their team, enter the culture, and practice missiologically accurate first steps. There are important “just-in-time lessons” their sending organization will lead them through and that we can reinforce. Through the month of February we will provide resources that can help you as a missions leader commission well and get your sent ones established early on as they launch overseas.
